KOREA NOODLES and SEAWEED
In Korean, noodle dishes are called Guksu and have a history dating back perhaps as long as 8000 years. Traditional dishes made with a clear broth are called Guksu Jangguk or Onmyeon, cold Buckwheat noodles are called naengmyeon and cold noodles with vegetables are called Bibim Guksu. Other popular favorites are Kongguksu (with soybeans), Baekmyeon (with Pheasant) and Kalguksu (cut noodles).
